Sliding drinking glass doors screwed close - fire adventure. No nice place to eat inside walking distance. Stained carpets. Shower heads that don't work. ii out of three ice makers broken. A nice Breakfast was included. They give out chocolate chip cookies at check in.

Our room was very clean and the bed was comfy. The light rail finish is right out front for convenient public transportation. This was my second fourth dimension staying at this hotel and I volition definitely stay here once more next time I'm in Portland.

The hotel is okay, and the breakfast service is better than what I've experienced lately during COVID travel. The BIGGEST complaint I have is that this Hotel CHARGED me $13 to park my auto! What a joke. There'southward plenty of parking I don't know why you would charged extra for parking my own vehicle. If I take to pay for parking, information technology better be Valet. Seriously?

The rating would have been college except for the one-2 fleas we found in the bed. Information technology is a pet-friendly hotel, so perchance the previous guests brought them in. The food was good at breakfast. The due east hallways are a chip industrial.

Nosotros are deplorable to know you left with that impression and hope yous will consider giving us some other try, every bit we have 32 rooms that have been entirely renovated within the last twelvemonth, and another 102 with new flooring and beds coming available in March. We would exist grateful for the opportunity to win your favor with ane of these improved rooms.
You have to pay for parking in Portland virtually everywhere. Having to pay extra for parking while staying in a hotel is gouging your guests. The beds were reasonably comfortable fifty-fifty though they were cream mattresses. A/C worked fine. Front end desk-bound people were great. Expensive ($32) Rib Eye at the hotel tasted good merely was full of gristle.

We are deplorable to know that the parking fee left you feeling unjustly impacted, and we pride ourselves as one of the almost affordable lots for overnight parking in downtown Portland, because our neighboring hotels accuse $37-52 per night. If your travels bring yous back to Portland, nosotros hope you choose us once again.
My room was perfectly clean. My view was pretty every bit well. I loved how nice were the people at the forepart desk-bound. It was a keen experience overall. All-time three nights ever.
